BURRATA MARINATED WITH RUCOLA PESTO

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Cherry tomato

  • Burrata

  • Balsamic reduction/glaze

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

  • Optional: Strawberries/Microgreens

GET STARTED:

Mix cherry tomatoes, balsamic reduction, salt, pepper and olive oil.


In a bowl place the rucola pesto on the bottom. Add burrata/ mozzarella in the centre.


Place marinated cherry tomatoes on the side. Slit the strawberries four ways and all the micro greens.


Sprinkle black pepper on top.


For balsamic vinegar reduction:

100ml balsamic vinegar

30ml honey

Use low flame.
